SHIPPING – Aluminium

All product shipped in Perth Metro are delivered at a cost of $88 (inc GST) and all items shipped to the outskirts of Perth are delivered at a cost of $110 (inc GST). Exclusions apply – if the desired suburb falls within the exclusion zone, a refund will be offered if the delivery option is unavailable. Deliveries are every Thursday & Friday if products are ordered by Wednesday 12:00pm or one week thereafter depending on stock availability on standard colours and quantity. If there are any delays customers will be notified via Email or Phone. Please note there is a 14-day lead time for all custom colours. Check out our colour range & order from our store. 

Return & RefunD Policy –  Aluminium

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit, or exchange on aluminium products as this part of our special order product rage (unless the product is not fit for purpose or is faulty). For change of mind there is a 100% restocking fee.

If you notice a product is faulty or damaged, you are required to notify our team within 48 hours from time of delivery/collection to arrange for an exchange or refund (providing items have not been used or tampered with). A proof of purchase will be required in order for us to process your exchange or refund.

The Australian Consumer LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
